How to Order

Ordering Shopping Cart:

Our electronic shopping cart program contains more than merchandise—it also tracks the total cost of your order as you shop (less shipping and tax).

To add an item to the shopping cart, simply browse the web site, select the item you want to order, enter the quantity you would like to buy then click the order button. A confirm message will appear on the page. You can chose "Continue Shopping" or just "Check Out" to finish your shopping section. The first item you select activates the calculator and the subtotal is automatically adjusted as you add additional items.

As you shop, click the Checkout button at any time on the upper right corner to see the contents of your cart. Here you can also change the quantity of an item or remove it from your cart. After reviewing your cart contents, you may either Continue Shopping or Checkout and complete your order. If you don't see "Checkout" button on the upper right corner, that means you are shopping with a third party web store, so you should just use their shopping cart program or follow the order instructions on that web site to place the order. Merchandise you ordered from a third party web site will not be shipped together with those you ordered from Web Mall 2000.

If you would like to place an order by telephone for any reason, please call 909-597-8828 during business hour Monday through Friday.

What credit cards do you accept?
Web Mall 2000 accepts Visa, MasterCard.

Sales tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to the state of California. California State law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order.

Credit card security is one of our top priorities at
Web Mall 2000, and that is why we guarantee 100% secure ordering for all of our guests. To protect you and your credit card information, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. SSL sends your credit card number to our computer in an encrypted code, which only we can decode.

Does it work on my Web browser?
Our transaction system currently works only with Web browsers that can use SSL – such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and the America Online browser.

Does anybody else see the information I provide?
Web Mall 2000 will not provide any information about our guests to anyone outside of the company.

Shipping At Web Mall 2000, we understand how important it is that your packages arrive promptly. Below, you will find answers to common questions about our shipping policies and rates.

Does Web Mall 2000 service international destinations?
Currently, Web Mall 2000 can only ship to addresses in the United States. 

What are my shipping options?
Web Mall 2000 offers 2 levels of service for shipments to addresses within the 48 continental United States (excluding PO Boxes).

What if I live in Alaska or Hawaii?
Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii require Premium shipping service. Shipments will be delivered in 2-6 days. Economy shipping is not available and Next Day service is available, but not guaranteed. 

Deliveries to the U.S. Territories  and military addresses (APO/FPO) is no longer available. 

What if I want to ship to a P.O. Box?
Currently we can not accept orders ship to P.O.Box.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?
No. You can specify one "ship to" address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please order separately for each address.

Please note – while we will make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date,
Web Mall 2000 cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. To reduce the possibility of the late arrival of a shipment, shop early!

Return & Exchange How do I return a package?
OUR GUARANTEE: Web Mall 2000 guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund of the purchase price.

Web Mall 2000 will accept returns within 15 days of receipt of your order:
Refund the product purchase price and sales tax if applicable; excluding original shipping charges, return shipping fees and any restocking fees, when applicable.
If the product is returned, the customer is responsible for getting it back to us in brand new condition with the original packing material and original box.
Upon receipt of the item in the original packaging, and in new, unused condition we will issue a credit to the customer's credit card account within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise, for the purchase price less all shipping and handling charges.

If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please email your request to info@webmall2000.net to obtain a RA number and the instructions for return. Repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship to you, and enclose your packing list if applicable and RA number and
ship the return item fully insured to:

To request cancellation of your order please e-mail a request along with your order number to info@webmall2000.net or call at 909-597-8828 for assistance.

We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges; return shipping fees or any re-stocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.

How do I exchange an item?
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.

All returned package without RA number and original packing list will not be accepted. No refund will be issued.
