Imagine a 3-drawer
dresser built right into the frame of your bed.
Then, imagine it with extra deep – 19 inches – drawers.
That’s enough to hold all your socks, underwear, extra blankets,
sheets, linen supplies, sweaters, crafts or games.
These storage beds require only a mattress and can be used alone or
combined with other bedroom storage furniture like bookcase style
Headboards or Cubbie Benches. Drawers (six on Double/Full or Queen sizes
and three on the Twin size) run smoothly on metal roller glides and open
easily with finger-pulls on the bottom of the drawer fronts instead of
handles. This gives the beds a clean look and ensures that your bed
clothes don’t catch on the drawers when you get out of bed.
The Platform Storage Beds
are available in four colors: white, cherry, maple and black and come in
Twin, Double/Full and Queen sizes. All
finishes match Sonoma and Monterey bedroom furniture.
These Platform Storage
Bed frames can be used with standard mattresses. If you use an 8” thick
mattress, the overall bed height will be 21” at the top of the mattress.
Assembly
is required. Usually, you should allow between 45 minutes to 2 hours
depending on your skill level or help. These beds are easy to assemble,
come well packaged and are shipped directly to you door. They are made
from a combination of laminated composite woods and some plywood
components.
